Top Ten Grey Styles

We love, love, love the grey menswear trend... especially for weddings!   It pairs so nicely with the light floral colors and the popular blush & mint tones. It also looks great with neutrals for the ultimate bridal looks.  We have lots of couples wanting to have varying shades within the wedding party as well.  Many of these options come in multiple shades that makes them perfect for mixing and matching.  We are loving the grey style options here at our store and have chosen the top 10 options to highlight here.  #1- Michael Kors Wedding Suit The fit and fabric of the Michael Kors Grey Wedding Suit will definitely add a luxurious feel to any event.  The suit comes in both a slim-fit and ultra slim-fit to accommodate different body types.  The same suit also comes in navy and black if you're wanting to mix and match colors for different members of the party. You could have the groom in the grey and the groomsmen in navy, or vice versa!     S M L Photo: J

Finding the Right Burgundy and Tan Menswear

Fall is fast approaching, and many brides and grooms haven't been able to find the perfect burgundy or tan ensemble for their wedding. We've had a TON of couples looking for one (or both!) of these options in the last couple weeks so we wanted to share our selection and wisdom with you in hopes that it may help.   Burgundy aka Wine, Marsala, Aubergine This popular color has a dozen different shades and names but most retailers aren't carrying many (if any) options in terms of burgundy jackets or pants.  The picture below shows the 3 main variations when looking at burgundy menswear.  Left Image ( www.aprilmaura.com ) Center Image ( www.kailacales.com ) Right Image ( www.marissabellephotography.com ) By far the most popular of the burgundy styles is the burgundy with black satin lapels. You can see this on the photo on the right and left.  Both are considered tuxedos due to the satin.  Either option can be worn with black pants. The left

Fairytale Inspired Wedding

With Beauty and The Beast premiering this week in theaters, we thought it would be appropriate to share a fairytale themed styled shoot we participated in that was recently featured on Wedding Chicks. The talented interns at  Your Jubilee and the photographers, KSL Wedding ,  did a beautiful job of bringing all these magical elements together. We think it is perfectly suited to the darling Disney movie right down to the single rose, bridal crown, and glass artwork!   This staircase has us singing (well more like humming) "tale as old as time..."   Our "Beast" is definitely post transformation and rocking a navy blue peak suit and cognac brown shoes.  Books are the quintessential Beauty and The Beast prop and they don't disappoint!  What is a fairytale without the castle?  The Chateau de Vie is the perfect backdrop for a fairytale wedding.  You'd never guess that it's in the middle of the Arizona dessert.  Chec

Groomsmen Gifts - Show your grattitude!

Groomsmen Gift Ideas You've asked your best friends to stand up for you at your wedding. That is an honor for them and is very special for you to share that experience with the men that you have chosen. How in the world do you say thank you? Groom's ask me all the time what should I give my groomsmen as gift for being in their wedding. A lot of times cost will be a factor, but for this article we won't discuss the cost and just throw out some ideas to research on your own. 1. Cufflinks - This gift offers you a chance to really dial in the individuals personality with the style of cufflink you give them. Choose from sports teams, engraved monograms, super heros, engraved wedding date and so many more things that will show your men that you put some thought into what you give them! 2. Bobble Heads - What greater gift to give than a replica bobble head of them in their wedding attire? They would always cherish this and be reminded of your special day every time they

I Do Wedding Charity Auction When I offered to participate with the I Do Wedding Charity event it was because I knew it would help the Hospice of the Valley. Having the money go towards such a worthy charity is what inspired me to offer up to 10 tuxedos rentals for the winning bid. In essence we would do the wedding for FREE with the money raised going to a charity that was close to my heart. The day of the event was very exciting and their were several people bidding on our services. The winning bid was extremely generous and we were excited to be involved in their wedding! Overall the event and process was a success and we can't wait to participate next year! Enjoy the photos of this special event documented by Session Nine Photography..... "Celebrity Tux and Tails is by far the best experience I have had dealing with a tuxedo rental. They are very professional and deliver above and beyond what is expected." Groom Gabriel 5/17/2014

Groom's Time

Groom's Fitting Made Fun    Imagine an event that the groom can do with his groomsmen outside of the traditional bachelor party. That's exactly what the Group Fitting creates for our grooms. With our "Elite Service" of on site group fitting, the groom can get together with his groomsmen for their fitting and in the process do something fun. Just imagine the possibilities! Over the past couple of months I have met some of my grooms in some pretty fun places. The idea is to get everyone together so that we can measure them for their outfits all at once. This provides the bride and groom with piece of mind since they don't have to wait to hear if someone has gone into a store to order their outfit. It also give us the opportunity to have the measurements well in advance of the wedding date thus making it easier to know what is needed for the event. No last minute walk ins the week of the wedding to be measured for the first time. The added benefit is that
